Harris Appraisal District’s COVID-19 Procedures

  • Harris CAD is the only appraisal district we cover that has released values on time.
  • On average the values increase from 2019 – 2020 by about 3%.
  • The deadline to file an appeal in Harris is May 15th.

  • It is unclear how they will handle ARB hearings.
  • Harris CAD’s office is currently closed to the public.
